- company details: name, NIP / EU VAT number, country, address, website, business profile and an optional company description,
- contact person details: first and last name, e-mail address and phone number.
On this basis we verify the application, decide whether to start cooperation, and then create and maintain an account in the B2B zone. Access to prices, product availability and ordering is available exclusively to approved partners.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e. steps taken prior to entering into a contract and its performance (with regard to the data of an entrepreneur who is a natural person), and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. our legitimate interest in establishing and maintaining trade cooperation with the partner (with regard to the data of persons representing the partner).
3.2. Order fulfilment
When handling orders, we process the data needed to fulfil, settle and deliver them: billing details and delivery address, contact person details, order history and payment status.

3.4. Commercial information
If you give your consent in the application form, we will send commercial information, such as new products in our range and export offers, to the e-mail address you provided.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) in conjunction with the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and the Polish Electronic Communications Law. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the address given in section 2. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
3.5. Website security and pursuit of claims
We keep a log of events on the Website, for example logins and changes to accounts and orders. The log may include the IP address, the date and time of the event and the user identifier. We may also process data in order to establish, pursue or defend against claims.
